Card or wallet is processed off-site. We receive order ID, email, plan, and paid status.
License delivery
Email is used to send keys, renewal notices, and support replies.
Support thread
Messages, order ID, and screenshots stay in the ticket until the issue is closed.
Storage mix
Relative share of stored data types (illustrative, not a byte count).
Retention
Active licenses
So we can resend delivery or verify ownership.
Support history
Then archived or anonymized unless law requires longer.
Analytics rolls-ups
Raw paths drop; aggregates may stay longer.
Essential cookies may be set by checkout or CDN providers so payment and delivery work.
Preview media is hosted on this store. Third-party embeds are not used for the main product preview.

Order and support records are kept as long as needed for delivery, fraud prevention, and accounting, then removed or anonymized.
